Portfolio

So, with the tasks been set at hand by my friends of creating a website and flash players I was thinking about creating myself a type of online portfolio/journal/gallery for me. Its a lot harder then I first thought, I cant think of how to design it but also what colour scheme to use, and to which are "web safe" and work with each other! I'm hope to try and create something in similar affect to John Maeda's online blog after been introduced to him a few weeks ago!
